Shaikh Hamad bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa

Shaikh Hamad bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa is the visionary behind the creation of INTELNACOM. As a former Commander in Chief and a fighter pilot at Bahrain Defense Force, Shaikh Hamad was in charge of setting up the Air Force. Being also an Aeronautical Engineer, Shaikh Hamad has setup his own company in Aerospace services. He is currently, the Chairman of the board of BANAGAS, a 20-years venture jointly owned by CALTEX, ApiCorp and the Kingdom of Bahrain. He was formerly a member of the Supreme Council for Oil and Gas of the Kingdom of Bahrain. He also has private investments in the energy and technology sectors overseas. Shaikh Hamad will serve on the Advisory Board of First Energy Bank (and potentially on its Board of Directors).

Vahan Zanoyan

Educated at The American University in Beirut and at the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Vahan Zanoyan has done pioneering work in applied analysis of the political economies of oil producing countries and their development process during the past three decades. He has over twenty-five years of professional experience in analysing energy markets, production and pricing strategies of oil and gas producing countries, and energy futures markets.

Mr. Zanoyan has served as a consultant to numerous international and national oil companies, banks, and other private and public organizations throughout the United States, the Middle East, the Far East and Latin America. In addition, he serves as a senior economic and oil policy advisor to many oil producing governments.

He is a member of Council on Foreign Relations. He has also published many professional articles in the specialized media on energy, and has given countless lectures and speeches at professional conferences on the same subject

Philippe Reiser

Mr. Philippe Reiser is Founder and the Managing Partner of Compagnie Privée de Gestion PRIMATRUST SA, Geneva. An experienced financial investment advisor with over 35 years experience in managing private and corporate investment portfolios, including 15 years with Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS) and five years with Darier-Hentsch (now LODH).

Mr. Reiser started his career as a Client Advisor for private and international investment customers for the UBS SA Bank and took on the mantle of Vice President of the Middle East Private Banking Division before moving to Bank Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & CIE.

Fuad Mubarak

An MBA graduate from the University of Pittsburgh (USA) with more than sixteen years of experience in driving and implementing high-technology initiatives, Mr. Fuad Mubarak has held prominent positions in notable organisations such as BANAGAS and Commerce One. Additionally, he was a key member of the foundation team which developed and launched the prestigious Crown Prince Leadership Programme in Bahrain, currently in its third year of operation.

As a certified ISO9002 Internal Auditor (BSI UK), Mr. Mubarak's experience with Technology Management, ICT, and the structuring and implementation of technology solutions spans a diverse variety of areas including e-commerce, security, software applications deployment, networks, CRM systems, databases, industrial technology systems, risk management and disaster recovery solutions as well as specific implementations for enhancing corporate communication, business productivity and planning. Significant projects include Saudi Aramco's B2B initiative, E-procurement solution for Saudi Oger (Riyadh), and the E-auctioning and E-marketplace projects in Dubai.
