Once a proposal is received by INTELNACOM, a team of analysts review the core concept as well as the inherent science and technology involved. This team is drawn from a diverse spectrum of research partners who examine, assess and evaluate the merit, value and benefits of the proposal.

At various stages of the short-listing process, INTELNACOM's financial analysts examine the proposal's feasibility and its conformity with INTELNACOM's investment guidelines. Similarly, INTELNACOM's teams evaluate key considerations such as intellectual property rights, patent technology inherent to the proposal, design and implementation processes, and so forth with the aim of generating a comprehensive investment plan and implementation timetable.

Personal meetings with the proposal's originators are another core aspect of INTELNACOM's review process. These may happen very early on during the evaluation or towards the middle when further details and collaboration become necessary.

Once the review and assessment process is satisfactorily complete, the proposal, the resultant business and investment plans and implementation timetable are used to finalise the project and move towards actual investment and development.
